For the mold manufacture, we have high speed CNC machines, EDM machines, Grinding and Milling machines, drilling machines and so on. For the injection molding, we have 6 injection machines from 90 ton to 200 ton. For the quality inspection, we have Hexagon CMM, Projector, hardness tester and so on.

Plastic injection mold

This is our core business, we specializes in the design, development and manufacture of a wide range of plastic injection mold, such as insert mold, over mold, unscrewing mold, multi-cavities mold and so on. During the manufacturing process, we will use our experience, knowledge and skills to develop the best possible tooling solution. Our state of the art machines, rich experienced staffs and strict quality control system guarantee the high quality of our molds.

Die cast mold is also one of our business, we can provide die casting design, manufacturing and components machining. The most typical types of die casting and the types that we make are aluminum and zinc.

We use CNC machining not only to manufacture parts and prototypes, but also to make mold tools, which can be used for our plastic injection molding or pressure die casting services.

We provide rapid prototyping service, including vacuum casting, SLA, SLS and CNC Machining. Engineering

Design For Manufacture (DFM)

Injection mold design is one of the most important parts of a successful mold making project. We have rich experienced and skilled designers who are very familiar with the global mold design standards. For every mold project, we will undertake an internal design review meeting to identify customers’ project requirements, including decide the part layout, runner design, gating way, ejection method, cooling layout and so on. With our rich experienced and professional designers and engineers, through the design, we are able to uncover meaningful cost savings and identify potential challenges before the mold is built.

Mold Flow Analysis

We use up-to -date software for mold flow analysis. Through the mold flow analysis, problems which existing in gating system design can be avoided, the filling, pressure holding and cooling conditions of plastic melt in the cavity can be accurately predicted, as well as the stress distribution, molecular and fiber orientation distribution, shrinkage and warping deformation of plastic parts can be predicted, so that problems can be found as early as possible in the design. It can reduce the number of mold trial and modification, reduce the cost of mold design and manufacturing, improve the quality of product molding and optimize the mold design.

Mold Design

A good mold starts with good mold design, high quality mold design is the premise of mold quality assurance and the key to the success of projects. After the DFM and Mold Flow Analysis, our rich experienced and skilled designers will start the mold design. They are very familiar with the global mold standards, such as the DME, HASCO, MISUMI and so on. They mainly use the software such as UG, Pro/E, Auto CAD, Autodesk Moldflow and SolidWorks.

Project Management

Effective and professional project management is critical to the success of any project. The timely delivery, smoothly communication are guaranteed by effective and professional project management as well. So we place great value on our project management team. For every project, we will be very careful, a professional and experienced English-speaking project engineer will be assigned to manage it from the very beginning design stage to mold and part final approval. The project engineer act as customer’s representative to follow up the whole project status and control the timing overall. They will be a main contact window to customer after the project is kicked off, they work closely with customers to ensure the project goes smoothly and well under control. During all the process, weekly report with tracking pictures will be provided to customers every Monday.

Mold trials

After completing the mold manufacture, we will carry out mold trials, mold debugging, mold optimization and validation, our project engineer will attend each mold trials, to ensure mold capability and reliability before approval, as well as the parts’ form and dimensions.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We equipped with advanced measuring devices including CMM and projector, owning experienced and professional quality engineers. We have strict quality control system for every step from the beginning to the end in the whole manufacturing process. Our quality control department will check every step of the tooling process, from the incoming steel, mold base, raw material, standard components to electrodes, machining parts, hardness, dimensions and surface finish to make sure they are all meet the requirements. We will double check all of the aspects of the mold before shipment to make sure our customer can run the mold directly when out of the box.
